Express v Standard:
We use an Express service ONLY.
For Express shipping we aim to deliver within 7-14 days max of your order being placed. We will send you a shipping email to let you know your oder has been dispatched from our warehouse. A signature will be required on reciept of your order. Please contact us a if you do not recieve your order after 14 days (except on pre-orders or if you've been informed of a delay).
USA - Please allow 7-14 working days.
Ireland & UK - Normally 5-10 working days. Please allow up to 10 days.
REST OF EUROPE - Please allow 7 -14 working days.
REST OF WORLD - Please allow 7 - 14 working days.

Please allow 1- 3 business days for processing at our warehouse before your order is shipped
Import duties&/taxes may apply to your shipping country. The recipient will be responsible for these taxes and may need to pay the delivery company
Our delivery companies do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or government holidays
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or rural postal codes and if returned to us a delivery charge may apply for it to be returned again

What if I'm not in when my order arrives?
When an order is sent by Express shipping, the driver will leave a card so you can arrange a more convenient delivery time. If our delivery service is unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the order to us and a delivery charge will apply for it to be returned again.
Why should I include my phone number?
If we have a problem with your order or shipping we may contact you via telephone. We will not pass your number on to any third parties apart from our delevery company for delivery information.

To find out where your order is, who signed for it and other tracking information, type your tracking number into your relevant Track & Trace page (you will have been sent a tracking number to your email address on dispatch):
How can I rearrange the delivery of my order?
If a driver has attempted delivery to you and left a card you should use the re-delivery service. If the driver has not attempted delivery or left a card you should contact the delivery company. You must include a tracking/ consigment number, delivery address or re-delivery date. Note: Orders can only be delivered between Monday - Friday:
What should I do if I think my order is lost?
If you think your order is lost or is taking an unusual amout of time to be delivered, please contact us at and we will begin a process to find your missing item.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
If your order has got damaged while in transit, please contact us so we can assess your claim and look into your case.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a full refund on any order returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase
This applies to sales items too once returned in perfect condition
After 30 days of receipt of order, orders can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition
Faulty items can be returned at any time
If you change your mind about an order, a full refund can be sought once it's been delivered to you
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used for purchase
If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card owner knowing

Items must be returned pre-paid before a refund is issued. The cost of returning items back to us is not refunded
When sending a return, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us
Always retain proof of purchase
Once our warehouse has recieved your returned order we will credit the card used to pay for the order and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that depending on your bank this may take up to 10 days.
Refund on sale items
We are under no obligation to refund the price difference of an item that was purchased before it went on sale.
